BRANCASTER PARISH COUNCIL
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING MINUTES The Annual Parish Meeting was
held in the Simms Reeve Institute, Brancaster,
PRESENT 7 Parish Councillors and 9 Electors. Also 3 visitors from Thornham Mr.C.Southerland chaired the meeting.
MINUTES These were read out, approved and signed as correct.
MATTERS ARISING AA box in layby – paperwork to be chased up. Rural Housing – successful meetings had been held in the parish. Other matters had been dealt with during the year.

THANKS Letter of thanks and good wishes to be sent to retiring Borough Councillor A.J.Dobson for all his support for the parish over the past few years.
OTHER MATTERS RAISED Beach car park tickets;[Thornham enquiry]; parish council insurance. The meeting closed at 7.30 p.m.
